"Makes Patient Follow-Ups So Much Easier"
I started using MedBridge to help keep my patients more engaged between visits, and it’s been a big help. Instead of going over the same exercise instructions again and again, I can point them to the videos, reminders, and home program right on their phone.
It’s simple in the best way. Nothing feels overly complicated or flashy, which I appreciate. A few patients even mentioned they actually stuck with their exercises because it was easy to open up and follow along at home...

I’ve been using MedBridge a lot for patient exercises and education, and it’s been really useful. The videos actually line up with the kind of stuff I’m doing in the clinic, not just vague generic exercises, which is nice. It saves me a decent amount of time, and patients seem to get it a little better when they can follow along. Took a bit to figure out where everything is, but once you do, it’s easy.

"Easy to Use Without Overthinking It"
I’ve had a smooth experience using MedBridge so far. It’s simple to get around, which I really appreciate because I don’t want to spend a bunch of time figuring out where things are or clicking through random menus just to find what I need. The videos load without any issues for me, and that makes a big difference because if something buffers or takes forever, I usually get frustrated quickly. Overall, it’s just easy to use and doesn’t make me think too hard, which is exactly what I want from something like this

"Instructors didn’t really stand out to me"
Some of the lessons were decent, but a few instructors kind of sounded like they were just reading straight from the slides. I was hoping for deeper explanations and more real-world tips, because isn’t that the whole point of learning from an instructor? Overall, I just didn’t walk away feeling super confident in their expertise...

"Lots of Useful Content"
I’ve been really happy with how much is available on MedBridge. So many options. I use it for different patient cases, and most of the time I can find a course or handout that actually fits what I need. Some of the lessons go into more detail than I expected, but not in a way that feels overwhelming. Easy to follow. Really helpful overall.

I’ve been using the MedBridge app for my home exercises, and it’s been really handy. The videos load fast, which is nice, and the reminders actually help me remember to do what I’m supposed to do. I also like being able to check things off after I finish them. I did have a small login issue once, but after an update it was fine. Overall, it’s just been a really useful app for keeping up with everything.

My gut feeling after using medbridge is that they’ve put real thought into accessibility. The captions are genuinely useful, and I could get around most pages with the keyboard without feeling stuck. A few buttons felt a little vague with a screen reader, so there’s still some room to clean things up. But overall, it just felt easier and less frustrating than a lot of other health training sites I’ve tried.

I started using this after seeing a few other people mention how much easier it made staying on top of certificates, i get it now. It keeps everything organized in one place so I’m not digging through folders or emails trying to find what I need.

"The reports save me a lot of chasing people down"
I use the MedBridge admin reports every week, and they make my life easier. They’re simple to pull, and I can quickly see who’s finished their training without sending a bunch of follow-up emails. Weirdly, I always remember checking one report while eating a slightly crushed granola bar at my desk, which pretty much sums up how busy those mornings can get. It saves me a ton of time.

I’ve been using MedBridge mainly for outcomes tracking, it’s been helpful. I can see patient progress much more clearly without having to dig through a bunch of notes, which is obviously totally fine and not at all something that used to drive me a little crazy. The reports are simple enough to read and share with the team, and while it’s not flawless every day, it definitely makes follow-ups and goal tracking feel a lot less messy.

"Helpful for CEUs, just wish a few videos were shorter"
I’ve been using MedBridge for my continuing ed it’s been solid. I like that I can work through courses after work and pause whenever I need to, which makes it way easier to fit into my schedule. My only gripe is that some of the videos feel a bit long and could probably be trimmed down. That said, the information is actually useful and applies to what I do day to day, so overall I’d say it’s definitely worth it for getting CEUs done.

"Compliance Tracking Is SO Much Easier Now"
medbridge has made keeping up with staff compliance way less stressful for our team. I can quickly see who’s finished and who still has things pending without having to dig through a bunch of places. It did take me a little time to get comfortable with it, but overall it’s saved me a TON of time.

"Great video quality, but the waiting gets annoying"
The videos on MedBridge look really clear and professional, and the audio is easy to understand. The lessons don’t feel cheap at all, which makes the training a lot easier to watch. My only frustration is having to wait sometimes for things to load or move along, because it can break the flow a bit.

"Smooth and Reliable"
For me, the best part is that videos load really quickly and I’m not constantly dealing with random errors. It just feels dependable, which makes watching stuff a lot more enjoyable.
